I ordered this about a week before my friend’s birthday and had it sent straight to her. On the day it arrived, she texted me right away saying how cute it was. Everything came in good shape, and she really liked the little mix of items inside. Ordering was quick and easy, so overall it was a really nice experience

I felt like I paid way too much for what arrived. It looked fine, but it didn’t feel special or like something that justified the price. It kind of made me realize I was paying more for the idea of it than the actual product, because I probably could’ve made something similar myself for a lot less.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered it, but the second I picked up the box I felt way better about it. It’s sturdy, looks nice, and nothing inside felt cheap or thrown together. i went from a little nervous to excited opening it. I’d definitely order it again, especially as a gift.

My order showed up with items missing, and getting support to fix it took way longer than it should have. the whole back-and-forth was ridiculous.

I was excited about the idea of putting together a gift box, but I felt a little disappointed once I started looking through the options. A lot of the products seemed similar, and I had a hard time finding things that would fit different personalities or tastes. It’s not bad, and I still like the concept, but I really wish there was more variety to make it feel more thoughtful and fun

I ordered a gift box from the site, it was mostly okay. The site looks nice and I did like the layout, but the checkout felt a bit slow for me. I also had to go back a couple of times to swap out items, which was kind of annoying, but maybe that’s on me for wanting to make sure the gift was right. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not as quick and simple as I expected. I’d probably use it again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush...

I used BoxFox for a small corporate gift send, it was just okay. The boxes looked really nice online, so I went ahead with it, even though I had a little gut feeling it might be a bit overpriced for what it was. A few of the gifts arrived later than expected, and one even had the wrong note inside, which wasn’t ideal for work gifts. Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. For the price, I expected the whole thing to feel more buttoned up. It wasn’t awful, but I’d probably trust my instinct next time and go with a different option.

I kept noticing little things that made it feel thrown together. The box showed up dented, and the wrapping had that thin, cheap feel to it. Maybe it was just my order, but the pattern was clear: the presentation didn’t really match the idea of a nice gift

I really liked how simple it was to choose each item and put together a box that felt personal. You can just pick what fits best, and before you know it, the whole thing feels customized without any hassle.

I had a little problem with my order so I sent them an email. They replied faster than I expected and got it fixed without making it a big hassle or anything. I really appreciate the quick replies, it made things way less stressful...

It came quick, which was nice. The packing was fine too, no issues I had with it really.
